Football Coaches Registration

Welcome to the Pine-Richland Youth Football & Cheer Coaching Registration System and thank you for your interest supporting our young student athletes. You will need to complete the steps below before finalizing this registration process. Please upload completed copies for each:

• CDC HEADS UP to Youth Sports: Online Training for Coaches (LINK)
• This is about a 30-minute commitment. If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one. There is a short questionnaire, training materials, and a test. After you have passed the test, you can download the certificate and upload it. A new training certificate is required each year.
  
  
• FBI Disclosure Statement Application for Volunteers (LINK)
• Please download, sign with a witness, and upload the completed form. A new disclosure is required each year.
  
  
• NCSI Background Screening (LINK)
• Once you have completed the screening, you will receive an email with the results within a few days. Please upload a screenshot/PDF of this email. A new screening is required for all coaches this year.
